Refund Policy

Our refund policy works alongside our Refunds & Exchange policy — here’s exactly what to expect.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
For hygienic purposes, earrings are not eligible for refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

Please note: depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when items show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned outside the 14-day window.
